Design Philosophy ‘Attention to detail’ is at the core of everything we do. From inception, through implementation and to the very last step, our commitment and enthusiasm is unyielding. We aim to pursue unique and incomparable designs for each project ensuring they are bespoke to suit client requirements. This is what we strive for and are passionate about at MODUS.

The Principal Pinky Pandit, the Principal Architect, founded Modus Design Studio in 2012. She is assisted by a team of 20, including architects, interiordesigners and support staff. Having graduated from IED School of Architecture, Vadodara, Pinky has over 28 years of experience. She started her career with Space Design Associates. In April 1999, she launched an architecture and interior design firm, “The Guild of Architects” with Mr. Rasik Bahl. This firm formulated the background experience and expertise for honing her talent and increasing her exposure over the next several years, till the initiation of Modus Design Studio
